“Mevrouw Ja, Meneer Nee” by Pieter von Oudheusden and illustrated by Inge Bogaerts will be the star of the afternoon in Bimbi Books. We cannot wait for this great story published by TipToe Print. Mrs. Ja loves life, the glass is always half full for her. Mister Nee’s glass is always half empty. One morning Mrs. Ja doesn’t feel like getting out of bed. Mister Nee really wants to do everything to make her happy again, even if he has to become Mister Ja for that. This playful picture book shows that both of them are present in each of our lives. This is a love story that encourages us to transcend our contradictions and take care of each other nonetheless. Inge Bogaerts, the illustrator of the book, will read the story for us and have an activy around it. After she will be here with us to sign books so you can carry a special copy home!
